Shipping Policy
All orders will ship between 1-5 business days from the date of payment. If we anticipate any additional lead time we will reach out. If you have any questions about the lead time feel free to contact us at wildmoonhatco@gmail.com. Wild Moons preferred shipping carrier is USPS. We will provide you with a conformation email when your order has been placed and a follow up email when the shipping label has been created.

Exchange Policy
We are a small company that guarantees our products, we hold a high standard here at Wild Moon and we believe our products will surpass your expectations. Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in its original shape and in the original box. If the merchandise shows any signs of wear, we will have no choice but to send it back to the original customer. Customer will be responsible for shipping returned items.
